Once your student has made the decision to commute to college, they’ll need to think about how to make the most of their experiences. Parents also need to think about how to best support their commuting student. As we think about commuter students, we’re thinking about students who live off campus and not in university housing. Some students are living at their family home and others may be in their own apartment. And we discovered that there are a lot of them.
