As a Swim Instructor at Hydro-sonic Tiburones, you will lead swimming programs and give tailored individual and group lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have great communication skills, and can inspire young swimmers to love and respect the water. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Rockville, MD.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance

Requirements
• Experience working with students, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes
• Background in water safety and CPR & First Aid Certified
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong behavior management abilities
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
