As a Swim Instructor at Monocacy Aquatic Club, you will lead swimming programs, delivering tailored individual and group lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This role is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have excellent communication skills, and can inspire young swimmers to develop a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team in Frederick, MD.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback and guidance

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes
• Water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management
• Behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and children
