As a Swim Instructor at Eagle Swim Team Inc., your role will involve leading swimming programs and providing tailored individual and group lessons for children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who possess a strong passion for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers and nurture their love for the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Swim Instructor to join our team at Eagle Swim Team Inc. in Owings Mills, MD.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Create a safe and positive learning environment for all participants
• Assess student progress and offer feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements
• Experience working with students of various ages and abilities, ideally in an instructional or educational setting
• Proficient in different swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledgeable in water safety practices and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Effective behavior management abilities to handle challenging situations professionally
• Background in childcare or sports coaching is advantageous
• Genuine love for swimming and working with children
