As a Swim Instructor at Hill Family Center Y, you have the opportunity to lead swimming programs, delivering both group and individual lessons to children of varying ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students from who possess a strong passion for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers to embrace and respect the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Westminster, MD.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Evaluate student progress and offer feedback and guidance

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledgeable in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Strong communication, organizational, and creativity in teaching
• Effective behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
