Maryland Suburban Swim Club is seeking a Swim Instructor to lead swimming programs and provide lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who have great communication skills and the ability to inspire young swimmers. Responsibilities
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
Monitor student progress and provide feedback

Requirements
Experience working with students
Strong swimming skills and knowledge
Background in water safety
CPR & First Aid Certified
Excellent communication and teaching skills
Behavior management skills
Childcare or sports coaching experience is a plus
Passion for swimming and children
