At Fairland Aquatic Swim Team, we are currently seeking a Swim Instructor who will lead swimming programs and provide lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a strong passion for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers. Join our team in Laurel, MD as a Swim Instructor.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
• A love and passion for swimming and children!
