As a Swim Instructor at Fox Swim Club II, you will lead our swimming programs and offer tailored individual and group lessons for children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who have a keen interest in swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers and foster a love for the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Middletown, MD.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of various ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of diverse ages and abilities, ideally in an educational or instructional environment
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different swim strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills to handle challenging situations calmly
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
