At Bel Air Athletic Club Swim Team, we are currently seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. Ideal for students with a passion for swimming and a talent for inspiring young swimmers, this role offers the opportunity to instill a love and respect for the water in our Bel Air, MD community.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction tailored to various age groups and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Track student progress and offer feedback as needed

Requirements
• Experience with students in an educational or instructional setting
• Proficient in swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledge of water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong behavior management abilities
• Previous experience in childcare or sports coaching preferred
• Passion for swimming and working with children
