At Patuxent Aquatics Club, we are looking for a Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide lessons to children of different ages and skill levels in Laurel, MD. If you are a student with a love for swimming, great communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers, we want you to join our team!

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of all ages and abilities
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback and guidance

Requirements
• Previous experience working with students of all ages
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes
• Water safety and CPR & First Aid certification
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Behavior management abilities
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus!
• Passion for swimming and working with children
