Shadowbrook Inn & Resort is currently seeking year-round golf caddies in Tunkhannock, PA.

Whether you're a seasoned golfer or looking for a fun new opportunity outdoors, this role is perfect for students who want to meet new people and enjoy the game of golf. Safety is our top priority, and we have implemented strict protocols to keep both caddies and patrons safe on and off the course, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional customer service and course assistance.

Ideal candidates should have flexible schedules and be available to work full days, including weekends, if needed. Caddies have the potential to earn a substantial income based on their availability.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Interact in a friendly manner with golfers and club visitors, ensuring top-notch customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Offer course knowledge and guidance
Assist golfers in making decisions
Calculate yardage for golfers
Help locate errant shots
Maintain the course's appearance
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements:
Possess basic golf knowledge, with the ability to play golf or assist other golfers. No professional golf experience is necessary.
Have a friendly and customer-focused personality
Be physically capable of carrying two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking the course multiple times per day
Candidates with previous experience in roles such as Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor or recreational positions will also be considered.
