Heritage Hills Golf Resort is seeking year-round golf caddies in York, PA

Calling all students! If you love golf or are looking for an exciting new career opportunity on the course, this is the perfect role for you. Work outside, network with golfers from around the world, and earn significant money based on your availability. Our team has implemented strong safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for you and our patrons, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall golfer experience.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Engage with golfers and club visitors with a positive attitude and outstanding customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Provide course knowledge, assist with decision-making, and calculate yardage for golfers
Locate errant shots, maintain the course, and clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements:
General golf knowledge required, professional experience not necessary
Outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
Physically capable of carrying two 35-pound bags while walking the course multiple times a day
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or outdoor roles is a plus; no golf expertise needed.
