Fairways Golf & Country Club is currently seeking year-round golf caddies in Warrington, PA.

Whether you are a golf enthusiast or looking for an exciting opportunity to work on the course, this position is ideal for students who want to enjoy the outdoors and connect with golfers from all over the world. Our team has implemented strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both you and our patrons, allowing you to focus on providing top-notch customer service, fostering camaraderie, and assisting with course management.

Ideal candidates should have flexible schedules and be available to work full days, including weekends, as needed. Depending on availability, caddies have the potential to earn a significant income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Engage with golfers and club visitors in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Offer course knowledge and information
Aid golfers with decision-making
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate errant shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
Possess general golf knowledge that enables you to play or assist other golfers. Professional golf experience is not necessary.
Display an outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
Physically capable of carrying two golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking the course multiple times per day
Previous experience in roles such as Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor or recreational positions will also be considered.
