Calling all golf enthusiasts in West Chester, PA - we want you to join our team at Tattersall Golf Club as a year-round golf caddy! Whether you're a seasoned golfer or looking to start a new adventure on the course, this position offers students the chance to work outdoors and connect with golfers from all over the world. At Tattersall Golf Club, we prioritize safety for both our caddies and patrons, so you can focus on providing exceptional customer service, camaraderie, and course management.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Engage with golfers and club visitors with a positive attitude and top-notch customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Share course knowledge and provide information to golfers
Assist golfers with decision-making and yardage calculation
Locate errant shots and help maintain the course
Keep clubs and golf balls clean

Education and Experience Requirements
Possess general golf knowledge and a willingness to learn, professional experience not required
Have a friendly and customer-focused personality
Be physically capable of carrying two bags up to 35 pounds each while walking the course multiple times daily
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, golf retail, landscaping, and other outdoor roles is a plus
