With our strict safety protocols in place, you can focus on delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and managing the course.

Ideal candidates from should have flexible schedules and be willing to work full days, including weekends when required. Caddies have the potential to earn a substantial income based on availability.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Engage warmly with golfers and visitors, providing top-notch service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Offer course information and guidance
Assist golfers in decision-making
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate stray shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and balls

Education and Experience Requirements
Possess basic golf knowledge, familiar enough to play or guide another golfer, professional experience not mandatory
Display outgoing personality and prioritize customer service
Physical ability to carry two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking the course multiple times daily
Previous experience in service, hospitality, customer service, or outdoor roles such as landscaping, sales, valet, firefighter, EMS, etc., is a plus
