Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or looking to kickstart a new career in the golf industry, this position offers students the chance to work outdoors and connect with golfers from all over. We prioritize safety for both our caddies and players with strict protocols in place, allowing you to focus on providing top-notch customer service, camaraderie, and course management.

Ideal candidates have flexible schedules and can work full days, including weekends, to maximize earning potential.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
• Deliver exceptional customer service to golfers and club visitors
• Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each
• Share course knowledge and provide information
• Assist golfers with decision-making
• Calculate yardage and locate errant shots
• Maintain the course and clean equipment

Education and Experience Requirements
• Basic golf knowledge required, professional experience not needed
• Outgoing personality with a strong focus on customer service
• Physically able to carry two golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or outdoor roles is a plus, but not required
