As a Swim Instructor at our company, you will lead swimming programs and provide both individual and group lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students of who have a strong love for swimming, great communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers and foster a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor from to join our team and work at our facility in Rocklin, CA.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of all ages and skill levels
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, ideally in an educational or instructional setting
• Proficient in various swimming strokes and techniques
• Knowledgeable in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified for infants, children, and adults
• Strong communication, organizational, and teaching skills
• Effective behavior management abilities
• Experience in childcare or coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
