As a Swim Instructor at Anderson Aquagators, you will lead swimming programs and provide tailored individual and group lessons for children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a strong passion for swimming, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers while fostering a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Cottonwood, CA.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of varying ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback and guidance

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes and techniques
• Water safety and survival skills knowledge
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and teaching skills
• Effective behavior management skills for handling challenging situations
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children.
