As a Swim Instructor at Red Bluff Tritons Swim Team, you will lead swimming programs and give both group and individual lessons designed for children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are deeply passionate about swimming, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to motivate young swimmers and cultivate in them a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to become a part of our team and contribute to our Red Bluff Tritons Swim Team located in Red Bluff, CA.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of varying ages and abilities
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment is maintained for all students
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and skills, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
• Proficient swimming skills and knowledge of different swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Effective behavior management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of working with children in a structured environment!
• A genuine love and passion for swimming and children!
