As a Swim Instructor at Tahoe Swim Club, you will lead swimming programs and offer both individual and group lessons tailored to children of different ages and abilities. This position is perfect for students who possess a genuine love for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers to develop a passion for water safety. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor from to become part of our team at Tahoe Swim Club in South Lake Tahoe, CA.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Evaluate student progress and offer feedback and guidance

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational settings
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Effective behavior management abilities
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
• Passion for swimming and working with children
