As a Swim Instructor, you will lead swimming programs and offer tailored lessons for children of varying ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a love for swimming, great communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Swim Instructor to join our team.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of all ages and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Assess student progress and offer feedback and guidance

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages, ideally in an instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, time management, and teaching skills
• Behavior management abilities to handle challenging situations professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and children
