As a Swim Instructor at OROVILLE YMCA PORPOISE CLUB, you will lead swimming programs, offering tailored lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, excel in communication, and can inspire young swimmers to love and respect the water. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join us at our OROVILLE YMCA PORPOISE CLUB located in Oroville, CA.

Responsibilities:
Provide swim instruction to students of various ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
Monitor and assess student progress, giving feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements:
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes
Background in water safety and CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
Behavior management skills to handle challenging situations professionally
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
Passion for swimming and working with children.
