At Gridley Gators Swim Team, we are currently seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide tailored lessons to children of all ages and skill levels, creating a safe and positive learning environment. This position is designed for students at who exhibit strong communication skills, a passion for swimming, and the ability to inspire young swimmers to develop a love for the water. Responsibilities:
• Provide swim instruction for students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning atmosphere
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback and guidance

Requirements:
• Experience working with students of all ages, preferably in an instructional setting
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Certified in CPR, First Aid (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong behavior management abilities
• Passion for swimming and working with children
