As a Swim Instructor at Waconia Swim Club, you will lead swimming programs, offering individual and group lessons tailored to kids of different ages and skill levels. This role is perfect for students who love swimming, have great communication skills, and can inspire young swimmers to love and respect the water. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join us in Waconia, MN.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and levels
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities in educational or instructional settings
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Strong behavior management and childcare or sports coaching experience
• Passion for swimming and working with kids
