At Alexandria Swim Club, we are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead swimming programs and deliver personalized lessons to children of different ages and abilities. This position is perfect for students who have a strong interest in swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers to develop a love for water. We are currently looking for a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Alexandria, MN.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of varying ages and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Assess student progress and offer appropriate feedback and support

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings
• Proficiency in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledge of water safety practices and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certification (infant, child, and adult)
• Strong communication, organizational, and teaching abilities
• Effective behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children!
