As a Swim Instructor at DL Sunfish, you will lead swimming programs and deliver customized lessons to children of different ages and abilities. This position is perfect for students who have a strong passion for swimming, great communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers while fostering a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking a enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team in Detroit Lakes, MN.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering feedback and support as necessary

Requirements
• Experience working with students of various ages, preferably in an educational setting
• Proficient in different swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledgeable in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified for infants, children, and adults
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management abilities to handle challenging situations professionally
• Previous experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
