At Lake Superior Swim Club, we are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide lessons to children of all ages and skill levels in Duluth, MN. This position is perfect for students who love swimming and have a talent for inspiring young swimmers to develop a love and respect for the water.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction tailored to various age groups and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment for students
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified for infants, children, and adults
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and teaching skills
• Effective behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching preferred
• Passion for swimming and working with children
