As a Swim Instructor at Wright County Wave, you will lead swimming programs, offering personalized lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have excellent communication skills, and can motivate young swimmers to develop a love for the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team at Wright County Wave in Buffalo, MN.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Create a safe and positive learning environment for students
• Assess student progress and offer feedback and guidance

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages, preferably in an educational setting
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledge of water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified for infants, children, and adults
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Effective behavior management abilities
• Background in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
