At Mantas Swim Club, we are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead swimming programs and provide lessons to children of varying ages and skills. This position is tailored for students at who possess a deep love for swimming, effective communication abilities, and the talent to motivate young swimmers and foster a respect for water. Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students across age ranges and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning atmosphere for all participants
• Evaluate student progress and offer feedback and support

Requirements
• Experience with diverse student demographics in an educational setting
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledge of water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified for all ages
• Strong communication, organizational, and teaching skills
• Effective behavior management abilities
• Previous experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
• Passion for working with children and a love for swimming
