Join our team at Willmar Aquatic Racing Stingrays as a Swim Instructor and lead swimming programs for children of all ages and skill levels. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Swim Instructor from in Willmar, MN to inspire young swimmers and promote water safety.

Responsibilities:
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements:
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
• Passion for swimming and working with children
