As a Swim Instructor at Central Minnesota Aquatics, you will lead swimming programs, offering both individual and group lessons for children of different ages and skill levels. Responsibilities
Provide swim instruction to students of varying ages and abilities
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all swimmers
Monitor student progress and offer feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
Experience working with students of all ages, especially in educational or instructional roles
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different strokes and techniques
Background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organization, time management, and creative teaching abilities
Skills in behavior management and handling challenging situations calmly
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
Passion for swimming and working with children
