I am looking to rent a bedroom in my house in Hopkins. I'm a 28yr old guy who is friendly and outgoing. I am primarily seeking other males of similar age that are also outgoing. I have two cats that are very people friendly, but please be aware if you have allergies. There are three bedrooms on the main level from which you may choose from.

Pricing per room:
Master bedroom = $1100/mo
Corner bedroom = $1000/mo
Middle bedroom = $1000/mo

Pricing includes utilities and move in dates are flexible with month-to-month lease. I have a driveway along the left side of my house for cars and there is also 24/7 free parking in the street. I have a spacious backyard perfect for bon fires and any outdoor activities. The neighborhood is very safe and has a park down the street.
