This position is perfect for students from who have a strong love for swimming, great communication skills, and can inspire young swimmers to develop a connection with the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor in Souderton, PA to be a part of our team.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students at different skill levels
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment
• Track student progress and offer feedback and assistance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students in an educational setting
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledgeable in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified for all age groups
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and teaching abilities
• Effective behavior management skills
• Background in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
