As a Swim Instructor at Atlantic Coast Athletic Club, you will lead swimming programs and provide personalized lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have great communication skills, and can inspire young swimmers to love and respect the water. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in West Chester, PA.

Responsibilities
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
Monitor student progress and offer feedback

Requirements
Experience working with students of all ages
Proficient in different swim strokes and techniques
Knowledge of water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Effective behavior management skills
Background in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
Passion for swimming and working with children
