As a Swim Instructor at Malvern Swimming Association, you will lead swimming programs and deliver personalized individual and group lessons for children of different age groups and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who have a strong love for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine ability to motivate young swimmers and foster a love and respect for the water. Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Swim Instructor to become part of our team and support our Malvern Swimming Association in Malvern, PA.

Responsibilities:
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements:
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, ideally in an educational or instructional environment
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus, showing understanding of working with children in a structured setting
• Passion for swimming and working with children
