As a Swim Instructor at Episcopal Academy Aquatic Club, you will lead swimming programs and conduct both individual and group lessons tailored for children of different age groups and skill levels. This position is an excellent fit for students who are passionate about swimming, possess strong communication skills, and can inspire young swimmers to love and respect the water. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team in Newtown Square, PA.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of different ages and abilities in an educational or instructional environment
• Proficient swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
