As a Swim Instructor at Methacton Aquatic Club, you will lead swimming programs, offering tailored lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. Students from with a love for swimming, great communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers are perfect for this role. We are searching for a dedicated Swim Instructor in Eagleville, PA to join our team.

Responsibilities
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Monitor and assess student progress, giving feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, especially in education or instruction
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
Background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
Strong behavior management skills to handle challenging situations professionally
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is advantageous
Passion for swimming and working with children
