As a Swim Instructor at Norristown Area Aquatic Club, you will lead our swimming programs and provide tailored lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have strong communication skills, and can inspire young swimmers to enjoy and respect the water. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our Norristown Area Aquatic Club team in Norristown, PA.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Create a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational or instructional environments
• Proficiency in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledge of water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certification for all ages
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Effective behavior management techniques
• Background in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children.
