As a Swim Instructor at Webster Swim Association, you will lead swimming programs and provide personalized lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This role is perfect for students who have a strong passion for swimming, effective communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers while fostering a love and respect for water safety. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Webster, NY.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, especially in education or instruction
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills, able to handle challenging situations calmly
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
• Passion for swimming and working with children
