As a Swim Instructor at Kanakadea Valley Aquatic Club, you will lead swimming programs and provide tailored lessons for children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a love for swimming, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers to enjoy and respect the water. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join us in Alfred, NY.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for all ages and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback

Requirements
• Previous experience working with students of all ages
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes
• Water safety knowledge
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to manage behavior and handle challenging situations
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
