As a Swim Instructor at Gananda Racing Aquatic Team, you will lead swimming programs and give customized individual and group lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students at who are enthusiastic about swimming, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to inspire young swimmers to love and respect the water. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team and contribute to our Gananda Racing Aquatic Team in Walworth, NY.

Responsibilities:
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements:
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, particularly in an educational or instructional context
Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
Thorough understanding of water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
Effective behavior management skills, able to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Prior experience in childcare or sports coaching is an advantage, demonstrating the ability to work with children in a structured environment
Passion for swimming and working with children
