Join our team at Rochester Rapids Swim Team as a Swim Instructor and lead our swimming programs, offering lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. We are seeking a motivated individual from who is enthusiastic about swimming, has great communication skills, and can inspire young swimmers to love the water. Based in Rochester, NY, we need a Swim Instructor to enhance our team and bring their passion for swimming to our camp.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of various ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback and guidance

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages, preferably in education/instruction
• Strong swimming abilities and knowledge of different strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and CPR & First Aid Certification
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teaching skills
• Strong behavior management abilities and experience with childcare or coaching
• Passion for swimming and working with children.
