Join our team at Quick Water Swim Club as a Swim Instructor and lead swimming programs catering to children of all ages and skill levels. This role is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming and excel in communication, inspiring young swimmers to love and respect the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor in Rochester, NY.

Responsibilities:
Provide swim instruction for students of diverse age and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Monitor student progress, offer feedback, and guidance as needed

Requirements:
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, ideally in an educational or instructional capacity
Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques with strong swimming skills
Background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organization, time management, and teaching skills
Effective behavior management skills to handle challenging situations professionally
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is advantageous
Passion for swimming and working with children is a must
