At Falcon Aquatics, we are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead swimming programs and provide lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate who can inspire young swimmers and create a positive learning environment. Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of all ages and abilities
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Evaluate student progress and offer feedback and guidance

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings
• Proficient in swimming skills, strokes, and techniques
• Knowledge of water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Effective behavior management abilities
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
