As a Swim Instructor at Hilton Area Swim Team, you will lead swimming programs and offer personalized individual and group lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have great communication skills, and can motivate young swimmers to develop a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Swim Instructor to join our team at Hilton Area Swim Team in Hilton, NY.

Responsibilities:
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements:
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
Strong background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
Strong behavior management skills, able to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
Passion for swimming and working with children.
