The Legend Course at Ibis Golf & Country Club is looking to hire year-round golf caddies in West Palm Beach, FL

Whether you're a seasoned golfer or looking to start a new career on the course, this position is perfect for students who want to work outdoors and interact with golfers from all over the globe. We prioritize the safety of our staff and patrons with strict protocols in place, allowing you to focus on delivering top-notch customer service, building relationships, and managing the course.

Ideal candidates should have flexible schedules and be available to work full days, including weekends when necessary. Depending on availability, caddies have the opportunity to earn a substantial income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
• Provide excellent customer service to Golfers and club visitors
• Accompany Golfers on the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
• Offer course knowledge and guidance
• Help golfers make decisions
• Calculate yardage for golfers
• Locate lost shots
• Maintain the course
• Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
• Possess basic golf knowledge, with the ability to play or assist other golfers
• Display an outgoing personality with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Physically able to carry two 35-pound bags while walking multiple rounds on the golf course
• Previous experience in roles such as server, bartender, sales, or other outdoor positions is a plus but not required for consideration.
