Whether you’re a golf enthusiast or looking to start a new adventure on the course, this position is the perfect opportunity for students who enjoy working outdoors and meeting golfers from all over. We prioritize safety for both you and our patrons, so you can focus on providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with golfers, and managing the course.

Ideal candidates should have flexible schedules and be available to work full days, including weekends. Depending on your availability, caddies have the potential to earn substantial income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Engage cheerfully with golfers and club visitors, offering top-notch customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Share course knowledge and information
Aid golfers in decision-making
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate errant shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
Possess general golf knowledge, enough to play or assist another golfer. Professional golf experience is not necessary.
Display an outgoing personality with a focus on customer service.
Physically able to carry two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking multiple rounds on the golf course.
Previous experience in roles such as Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor roles will also be considered.
