Southport Springs Golf Club is hiring year-round golf caddies in Zephyrhills, FL

Whether you are a golf enthusiast or looking for a new and exciting opportunity in the golf industry, this position is perfect for students to work outdoors and connect with golfers from all over the world. We have implemented strict safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of both our caddies and patrons, allowing you to focus on providing excellent service, building relationships, and managing the course effectively.

Ideal candidates should have a flexible schedule and be available to work full days, especially on weekends. Depending on availability, caddies have the potential to earn a substantial income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Engage warmly with Golfers and club visitors, offering top-notch customer service
Accompany Golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Share course knowledge and information
Assist golfers with decision-making
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate misplaced shots
Maintain course upkeep
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
Possess basic golf knowledge to be able to play or assist other golfers. Professional golf expertise is not mandatory.
Demonstrate outgoing and customer-centric characteristics
Physically able to carry two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking the course multiple times per day
Previous experience in roles such as Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor/recreational positions will be considered.
