What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Engage with golfers and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Offer course knowledge and information
Assist golfers with decision-making
Calculate yardage for golfers
Find errant shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
Possess basic golf knowledge and the ability to play or assist other golfers; professional experience is not necessary
Be outgoing and prioritize customer satisfaction
Physically capable of carrying two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking the course repeatedly throughout the day
Candidates with experience in service, hospitality, sales, or outdoor roles may also be considered, such as servers, bartenders, landscapers, or EMS personnel.
