The Harbor Course at Grand Harbor Golf & Beach Club is currently seeking year-round golf caddies in Vero Beach, FL.

Whether you're a passionate golfer or looking for a fun and rewarding job in the golf industry, this position offers the perfect opportunity for students at to work outdoors and connect with golfers from all over the world. Our team has implemented strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both caddies and patrons, allowing you to concentrate on providing exceptional customer service, fostering camaraderie, and managing the course efficiently.

Ideal candidates from should have a flexible schedule and be available to work full days, including weekends, as required. Caddies have the potential to earn a substantial income based on their availability.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Engage with golfers and club visitors in a friendly manner, delivering top-notch customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Offer course information and guidance
Assist golfers in making decisions
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate misplaced shots
Maintain the course in good condition
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements:
Possess basic knowledge of golf, with the ability to play or support another golfer if needed. No professional golf experience is necessary.
Display outgoing personality and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Be physically fit to carry two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while trekking the golf course multiple times a day.
Candidates with a background in serving, bartending, hospitality, customer service, golf retail, general retail, landscaping, sales, valet services, firefighting, EMS, or other outdoor/recreational roles may also be considered.
